If you use cellophane wrap and shrink film for your Gift Basket Packaging then this Little Heat Sealer will work MIRACLES for you! It has been re-designed and re-tooled to seal both types of films! Their have been some companies that did not understand how this unit worked! There is no other Heat Sealer on the market that will do what this seal will do! All of the cello sealers are hedged which means that you can not make a bag any size any shape! This sealer will make 8’ tall by 6’ wide if you have a Gift that big! When you watch the DVD you will discover just what this Little Miracle Heat Sealer can do for your shop!

If you have a Gift Basket that is oversized and is outside of the width of the film that you are using then follow these instructions! If you are using 40” Cello you will only need to fold the cello back over itself to make a bigger Cello Bag! First, measure the girth of the finished Basket at its widest part! Let’s assume that it is 72” around the widest part of the basket. You must add 20% or 8” more to that number or the bag will be too tight!

Now you have 80” of width! Divide 80” by 2 = 40” of width! Now take the tape measure starting at the top of the Gift and run the tape under the basket and back up to the top! You now have the height value which is 64”! Divide 64” by 2 = 32” high. Pull the Cello film out 64’’ add 24” if you want a flare top! Fold the film back over it’s self! You are now making a center fold! Take the cello to the edge of your table and use the simple seal instructions to sew the cello sheets together and you now have a Cello Gift Basket Bag 40” wide x 88” tall! Once you place the basket in the bag you should have about 10 to 12” of a flare top! Use a twist tie and add the bow!
